About Me
Hello!!
My name is Jenny Borchard and I live in Beautiful Southern Oregon. I am married to an amazing husband and we have three beautiful girls!
I started Carrots and Pomegranates, teaching kids how to cook in June of 2016, this emerged out of my love ofcooking and children!
I am very passionate about empowering kids the life skill of cooking. (I mean we do it 3 or more times a day, right!) and there is always a choice to grab a bag of chips or make some veggies with a healthy dip!
I know kids are able to cook from a young age and watching this in my own children has been amazing to see their confidence grow as they learn to read recipes, (which involves math, by the way) to cut their own fruits and veggies, handle various kitchen tools and create food by themselves!
I look forward to watching your children grow and teach them in this very important Life Skill that will enrich their lives and many generations after!!
