About Me

Hi! I’m Whitney, but my friends call me Whit.

I grew up in San Diego with my family roots being in Northern Utah but I relcoated to the Greater Boston in 2013.  I live here with my husband, Jason and two daughters- Kennedy (8) and Stevie (5).  I've had a love for both health and cooking for most of my life.  After seven years coaching adults, I realized how deeply our perception of health is ingrained from childhood.  This, combined with being a girl mom x2, inspired me to bring nutrition and home cooking to kids and young women so they don't have to figure it out later in life.

I am a former corporate cubicle lady turned entrepreneur. Since 2016 I’ve built my wellness business, helping people step up their nutrition game. I've coached hundreds of clients through a 30 Day program as well as 1:1 catered coaching.

As a tween, I started reading health magazines...not because I was obsessed with my weight or how I looked but just LOVED learning about health. It's one of my favorite things to learn about and you can constantly fine me reading a nutrition book or listeneing to health podcasts.

As for cooking, I am mostly self taught (thanks Rachael Ray). My love of food really began in college. I still remember the meal at The FisHouse in Santa Barbara that changed my life! From there a fire was lit for cooking and my love for whoel food, healthy cooking began in 2016.  I'm always palying with recipes and my goal is to make healthy food that is drool-worthy.

My goal is to get kids excited about food and to understand that we really are what we eat.  Empowering them to make smart decisions becuase they WANT to not becuase they HAVE to.  Food is energy.  Food is Joy.  Food fuels us and if we know how to fuel our body, we can ensure we are living long, happy, vibrant lives.
