The Gourmet Kids!

Healthy, educational and fun cooking classes for all ages!!

My name is Lisa. I am excited to be offering my mobile kids cooking classes at your location! I am a former preschool teacher of 16 years and I have been teaching preschool age children healthy cooking for 5 years, and decided it is time to teach children of all ages!! 

 I'm excited to be using recipes and activities from the Healthy Hands Kids cooking program!! This program has been a great way to help picky eaters be exposed to healthy foods, like broccoli, brussel sprouts, sweet potatoes, kiwi etc., and learn that eating healthy is great for their bodies and immune system, and not something to be afraid of because its green etc.

It is also a great program for non picky eaters who love to eat! They get to try new foods and learn how to prepare fruits and vegetables in differant ways, which encourages creativity, helps with math skills, fine motor skills, self confidence and more!!

All the Gourmet Kids are sure to enjoy, chopping, blending, mixing, measuring and tasting!!! So much fun!!
