Preschool Classes

Our Preschool Classes are designed specifically for ages 2-5 and are bursting with hands-on activities, healthy concept learning through games, and of course, empowering your little one to create their own special healthy snacks.  Classes are theme-based and 45-60 minutes in length. 

Reach out for more details about on-site classes and demonstrations for daycares and in-school preschool programs. Classes can also be held at local community centers or with private parent groups.

Objective:

In these classes, our youngest chefs will be introduced to a whole food and learn about it’s benefits in a kid-friendly and easy to understand format.

Class Structure:

Each preschool class is between 45 minutes and 1 hour.  We start with a short game or activity, read a related book and then assemble (and eat!) a kid-approved recipe using whole foods.
