This class starts February 1. And is most Wednesdays till May. You are paying for Wednesday 2/15 only.
All materials, ingredients, supplies included. I provide clean laundered aprons to use in class & cooking tools for each child for hands-on cooking activities in the class. (Children may bring their own apron to class but it must be kept in a bag/ziplock to keep clean till instructed to put it on) This is for cross contamination purposes.
NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK IS PERMITTED. Due to allergies or sensitivites this rule is adhered to.
Because we believe in using good wholesome ingredients we will use high quality & organic fresh/frozen whole food whenever possible.
Kids will be learning kitchen saftey & basic knife skills. They will learn at least 1 skill per class. We will discuss proper food storage & how to prevent cross contamination. Depending on the recipe they may be chopping, slicing, dicing, grating or peeling to prep food, cooking on a cooktop or baking in the oven. Some food is prepped in advance to allow kids to complete recipe in the class. We will sample the recipe when they are complete. This is my full class where we follow a recipe & each child is making their own individual recipe.

Drop in registration is based on class size availabitly. Drop in is full price of $35/class. (Parents pricing is based on cost of supplies (remember we use orgainic and high quality food) & cost to rent space we use)
Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be issued, if you are unable to attend class please contact me at least 24h in advance. You may attend another class in another location to make it up. But no refunds. (Partial refund will be given if minimum is not reached.)
