The objective of this class is to introduce troops in grades 6-8, to a variety of cuisines as well as discovering local dishes! We can customize this class based on your troop needs and goals.
In this class we will review proper cutting technique and kitchen safety, as well as experience how to prepare these recipes and we will get to sample the foods we create from different decades as well as countries. We will also touch on menu planning.
